Refund Policy

This Refund Policy is issued by Holistic Healing Horizons LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and explains how refunds, cancellations, and payment disputes are handled across Thrive After Narcissistic Abuse — our membership platform, live workshops and seminars, one-on-one coaching sessions, and digital products (together, the “Services”).
In short: our general policy is that sales are final. We built this page to be specific about the few situations where a refund or credit applies, and the process for each part of the Services — rather than leaving you guessing.

1. Scope of This Policy
This Policy applies to every purchase made through the Company, however you paid — Stripe, PayPal, or any other processor we offer at checkout. It sits alongside our Terms and Conditions; where the two overlap, this Policy governs refund-specific questions and the Terms govern everything else.
2. Membership Subscriptions
Thrive memberships are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annual, depending on the plan you chose) and renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account settings or by emailing us — cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the period you’ve already paid for.
Once a billing period has started, that charge is final and non-refundable, including if you decide not to use the membership, forget to cancel before a renewal, or cancel partway through a period. You keep access to the Services through the end of the period you already paid for.
If you believe you were charged after a cancellation that should have taken effect, contact us right away — we’ll check the timestamps on our end and correct a genuine billing mistake.
3. Live Workshops, Seminars, and Masterclasses
Seats in live workshops, seminars, and masterclasses (individual or group) are non-refundable once booked. This holds whether or not you attend, and whether you cancel your own seat or simply don’t show up.
If the Company cancels an event for any reason, you’re entitled to a prorated refund of the unused portion of the fee you already paid, or — at your choice — a credit toward a future event of equal value.
4. One-on-One Coaching and Practitioner Sessions
Individual sessions with Danish or another practitioner are non-refundable once booked. If you withdraw from a session or a booked program for any reason, no refund is issued for sessions already paid for.
Rescheduling. If you cancel with at least 24 hours’ notice before your scheduled session, we’ll help you rebook — though the available date and time may not be your first choice.
No-show policy. If you’re not present within 15 minutes of your session’s scheduled start time, it counts as a no-show, and payment is still owed — no refund or automatic reschedule applies. If you arrive late, the session still ends at the originally scheduled time.
Practitioner-initiated cancellations. If the practitioner needs to cancel a session, we’ll reschedule it for the following week at no additional cost to you.
5. Digital Products and Downloads
Worksheets, hypnosis and audio tracks, guides, and other downloadable materials are non-refundable once purchased, since access can’t practically be “returned” the way a physical product can. If a digital item is genuinely defective (won’t download, is corrupted, or doesn’t match its description), contact us and we’ll fix or replace it — refunds for digital items are only issued where we’ve explicitly said so on the product page at the time of purchase.
6. Cancellations Initiated by the Company
If we discontinue a product, cancel an event, or otherwise end a Service you’ve already paid for, you’re entitled to a prorated refund of the unused, already-paid portion, calculated from the date the Service actually stops. This is the one circumstance under this Policy where a refund is issued regardless of the general “all sales final” rule above.
7. Billing Errors and Duplicate Charges
If you were charged twice for the same purchase, charged the wrong amount, or billed after a cancellation that should have gone through, that’s on us to fix — email us with the transaction details and we’ll investigate and correct any genuine error, including issuing a refund for the erroneous charge.
8. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us before filing a chargeback or dispute with your bank or card issuer — most billing questions can be resolved faster and more simply that way. Filing a chargeback for a charge you authorized (rather than fraud) may result in your account being suspended while the dispute is reviewed, and we reserve the right to contest chargebacks we believe are invalid by providing your bank or processor with records of your purchase and use of the Services.
9. Payment Processor Policies
Payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal. Their own terms, buyer-protection programs, and dispute processes may separately apply to your transaction — this Policy governs what the Company will do on our end, but doesn’t override or limit whatever rights you separately have with your payment provider.
10. How to Reach Us About a Refund
Email us at support@emotionalabuserecovery.com with your name, the email used at checkout, and the date and amount of the charge. We aim to respond to every refund-related request within 5 business days, even when the answer is that a charge falls outside this Policy.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll update the Effective Date above. Changes apply to purchases made after the new Effective Date — they don’t retroactively change the terms that applied to a purchase you already made.
