Terms and Conditions
Effective Date: July 15, 2026
Thrive After Narcissistic Abuse is owned and operated by Holistic Healing Horizons LLC, a company registered in the State of New Mexico, United States, with its office at 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Ste N, Albuquerque, NM 87110. In this document, "we," "us," and "our" refer to the Company, and "you" refers to anyone visiting or holding a membership on the website, app, courses, live sessions, community areas, worksheets, or AI companions we offer (together, the "Site").
By using any part of the Site, you are agreeing to everything written below. If something here doesn’t sit right with you, please stop using the Site rather than continue under terms you haven’t accepted.
We may update this document from time to time as our platform grows. Whenever we do, we’ll update the Effective Date at the top so you can tell something has changed — it’s on you to check back occasionally, since we won’t message everyone individually for every small edit. If you keep using the Site after an update, that counts as accepting the new version.
This Site is meant for adults — you must be 18 or older to create an account or use our courses and community features.

1. Agreement to Terms
Everything on this Site — every course, worksheet, hypnosis recording, live session, community post, and conversation with an AI companion — falls under this one agreement. There’s no separate fine print hiding somewhere else that overrides what’s written here, unless we specifically say so in writing.
We can add, remove, or change features of the Site at any point. We don’t owe anyone a specific version of the Site staying available forever.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
Everything you see and hear on the Site — our course videos, worksheets, hypnosis audio, written material, illustrations, branding, and the underlying software — belongs to us or to people who’ve licensed it to us. None of it is available for you to copy, resell, re-teach, repost elsewhere, or otherwise pass along, whether or not money changes hands, unless we’ve given you clear written permission first.
What you ARE allowed to do: use your membership to view and download material for your own healing journey, and keep a personal copy of worksheets or notes for yourself. That personal-use license is the only right being handed to you — everything we haven’t explicitly given you stays ours.
3. User Representations
When you sign up or use the Site, you’re telling us a few things are true: that the details you give us are accurate and current; that you’ll keep them updated if they change; that you’re legally old enough and able to agree to this document; that you’re a real human using the Site yourself, not a bot or script; and that nothing you do here breaks the law.
If it turns out something you told us was false or badly out of date, we can pause or close your account rather than keep operating on bad information.
4. User Registration
Some parts of the Site require an account. Keep your password to yourself — you’re responsible for anything that happens under your login, whether or not it was actually you. If you pick a username that we feel is inappropriate, impersonates someone, or is otherwise a bad look for the community, we can ask you to change it or change it ourselves.
5. Prohibited Activities
This Site exists to help people heal — not to be scraped, gamed, or used as a launchpad for something else. While you’re here, please don’t:
- Scrape or systematically copy content off the Site to build your own database or collection
- Try to trick or deceive us or other members, including phishing for passwords or account details
- Poke at or disable anything we’ve built to keep the Site secure
- Say things intended to damage our reputation or the Site’s
- Use anything you learn about another member here to harass or harm them, on or off the platform
- Abuse our support team with false reports or bad-faith complaints
- Break any law while using the Site
- Embed or frame the Site inside another website without our permission
- Upload viruses, malware, or anything designed to disrupt the Site for other members
- Run bots, scrapers, or automated tools against the Site
- Strip copyright notices off anything you download from us
- Pretend to be someone else, or log in as another member
- Plant tracking pixels or hidden data-collection code of your own on the Site
- Overload our servers or otherwise disrupt the Site’s normal operation
- Threaten or harass our staff or moderators
- Try to get around any access restriction we’ve put in place
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy our software, except where the law specifically allows it
- Use the Site to build or promote a competing product
- Sell, lend, or hand off your membership to someone else
6. User Generated Contributions
Community spaces, live-session Q&As, and comments let you share your own words with other members ("Contributions"). Before you post something, we ask that you make sure: it’s genuinely yours to share, or you have permission from whoever it belongs to; it doesn’t name or picture another identifiable person without their consent; it’s honest, not misleading; it isn’t spam, an ad, or a chain message; and it isn’t obscene, violent, or aimed at hurting, mocking, or threatening anyone — including based on someone’s race, gender, orientation, or disability.
We don’t promise to review everything posted, but we can edit, move, or delete any Contribution at any time, for any reason, without asking first.
7. Contribution License
When you post something on the Site, you’re giving us permission to store, display, and share that post as part of running and improving the Site and community — nothing more, and never for some unrelated commercial use. You keep full ownership of what you write; posting it here doesn’t transfer any rights away from you, and you’re responsible for what you post.
8. Guidelines for Reviews
If you leave a review of a course or session, it should come from your own genuine experience — no exaggeration, no discriminatory language, no reviews written on behalf of a competitor, and no organizing others to flood us with reviews. We can decline to publish or can remove any review at our discretion, and a published review reflects that member’s opinion, not ours.
9. Submissions
If you send us an idea, suggestion, or piece of feedback about the Site, consider it a gift — we’re free to use it to improve Thrive without owing you credit or compensation.
10. Site Management
We keep an eye on the Site to catch behavior that breaks these Terms, and we can act on it — removing content, restricting an account, or taking further action — whenever we believe it protects the Site or our members. We’re not obligated to do this for every post, but we reserve the right to.
11. Privacy Policy and Data Hosting
How we collect, use, and protect your information is covered in our separate Privacy Policy, which is part of this agreement. Our servers and your data sit in the United States. If you’re using the Site from somewhere with different data protection rules, using the Site means you’re okay with your information being handled here in the United States instead.
12. Cookies
This section applies across all of Thrive’s properties, including our website and membership platform. Cookies are small data files placed on your device when you visit the Site. Some are set by us directly to keep the Site working, and some come from outside tools we use to understand how the Site is used and to run our marketing. We display our own cookie consent notice on the Site, and you can adjust your preferences through it or through your browser at any time.
Essential cookies — needed for the Site to function properly, such as keeping your connection stable and your session secure.
| Purpose | Provider | Expires |
|---|---|---|
| Session security and load balancing | Our hosting infrastructure | Session |
Analytics and advertising cookies — help us understand, in aggregate, how members use the Site, and help us reach people who may be interested in Thrive.
| Purpose | Provider | Expires |
|---|---|---|
| Recognizes visits from our Facebook advertising and helps measure its effectiveness | Meta / Facebook | Up to 90 days |
| Platform-level analytics that help us understand overall Site usage | Our platform’s analytics provider | Up to 1 year |
| Anonymized session recording and heatmaps, so we can see what’s confusing and fix it | Microsoft Clarity | Up to 1 year |
You can turn off non-essential cookies at any time through our cookie consent notice or your browser settings — just know that blocking essential cookies may stop parts of the Site, like staying logged in, from working properly. The tools we use may change over time as we improve the Site; when they do, we’ll update this section.
13. Copyright Infringements
If you think something on the Site uses your copyrighted work without permission, let us know using the contact details in Section 25 — tell us what the material is and where you found it on the Site, and we’ll look into it. Please be careful making this kind of claim; if it turns out to be a knowing false accusation, you could be held responsible for that.
14. Term and Termination
This agreement applies for as long as you’re using the Site. We can restrict, suspend, or close an account at any time, without warning, if we believe these Terms or the law have been broken — and we can remove content tied to that account when we do. If we’ve closed your account, please don’t come back under a different name or on someone else’s behalf; we may pursue further action if that happens.
15. Modifications and Interruptions
We can change, add to, or remove features of the Site whenever we think it’s the right call, and we don’t have to give advance notice. We also can’t promise the Site will never go down — things like maintenance, bugs, or unexpected outages happen — and we’re not liable for the inconvenience if it does.
16. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, and any dispute connected to it falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Bernalillo County, New Mexico.
17. Dispute Resolution
Let’s talk first. If a disagreement comes up, we’d rather sort it out directly than jump straight to something formal. Either side can raise the issue in writing, and we agree to spend at least thirty (30) days trying to work it out between us before taking any other step.
If that doesn’t resolve it, the matter can go to binding arbitration or before a New Mexico court, at our discretion. Any such case is between you and us individually — it can’t be joined with anyone else’s claim or brought as a class action on behalf of other members.
The one exception: disputes about our intellectual property, theft, privacy violations, unauthorized use, or where someone needs an urgent court order, can skip the informal-talks step and go straight to a New Mexico court.
18. Corrections
If you spot a typo, an outdated detail, or an error anywhere on the Site — a course description, a session time, a price — let us know, and we’ll fix it. We reserve the right to correct these at any time without prior notice.
19. Disclaimer
The Site is offered "as is" — we do our best to keep everything accurate, working, and available, but we can’t promise it’ll be perfect or never go down, and your use of it is at your own risk. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
In plain terms, we’re not responsible for:
- Mistakes or outdated information anywhere in our content
- Any injury or damage connected to how you use the Site
- Someone else breaking into our servers or accessing stored information without authorization
- The Site going down or a connection dropping unexpectedly
- Malware someone else introduces through the Site
- Any loss you experience from relying on content posted or shared through the Site
Thrive is education and peer support — it is not a replacement for a licensed doctor, therapist, or lawyer. Nothing here should be read as medical, mental health, or legal advice. If you’re dealing with a health or safety concern, please reach out to a qualified professional directly.
20. Limitations of Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, neither we nor our team will be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses connected to your use of the Site — things like lost data or lost income. If we are ever found liable for something despite this, the most you could recover from us is capped at whatever you paid us over the past twelve (12) months. Some places don’t allow limits like this, so depending on where you live, some of this section may not apply to you.
21. Indemnification
If something you do on the Site — your posts, your use of the platform, breaking these Terms, or infringing on someone else’s rights — leads to a claim or legal cost against us, you agree to cover that cost and help us defend against it. We may choose to run point on the defense ourselves, at your expense, and you agree to cooperate if we do.
22. User Data
We keep the data tied to your account and activity — like your course progress — so the Site can function properly. We back things up regularly, but you’re ultimately responsible for anything you’ve submitted or created, and we can’t be held liable if some of it is lost or corrupted.
23. Electronic Communications, Transactions, and Signatures
Using the Site, emailing us, or filling out a form on it all count as electronic communication. By using the Site, you’re agreeing that these electronic exchanges — including anything we send you by email or show you on the Site — count as legally valid, the same as if it were on paper with a signature.
24. Miscellaneous
This document, together with any other policy we’ve posted on the Site, is the complete agreement between you and us about using the Site. If we don’t enforce something here on one occasion, that doesn’t mean we’ve given up the right to enforce it later. If any part of this document turns out to be unenforceable, the rest of it still stands. And using the Site doesn’t make you our employee, partner, or agent — we’re simply a company and a member.
