This Disclaimer ("Disclaimer") is issued by Holistic Healing Horizons FZCO ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") and governs your access to and use of the Thrive After Narcissistic Abuse program, the Emotional Abuse Recovery brand, and all associated websites, membership areas, courses, live sessions, seminars and masterclasses, guided exercises, regulation and nervous-system tools, downloadable materials, community features, AI companions, communications, and any other content, product, or service made available by the Company (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing, purchasing, or using any part of the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Disclaimer in its entirety. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Services.
1. Nature and Purpose of the Services
The Services are provided for educational, informational, and general support purposes only. They are designed to offer recovery-oriented education, self-reflection frameworks, guided exercises, and peer and community support to individuals affected by narcissistic abuse and related relational trauma.
The Services represent the Company's proprietary perspective, methodologies, and opinions. They do not constitute, and must not be relied upon as, professional advice of any kind.
2. No Medical, Psychological, or Therapeutic Advice
The Services do not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, therapeutic, counseling, diagnostic, or treatment services, and are not intended to be a substitute for such services.
Nothing contained in or delivered through the Services constitutes medical advice, mental-health diagnosis, psychotherapy, clinical treatment, crisis intervention, or any other licensed healthcare or professional service. No content within the Services should be interpreted as an assessment, diagnosis, treatment plan, or clinical recommendation regarding any individual's condition.

Your use of the Services does not create or establish a therapist-client, counselor-client, physician-patient, fiduciary, crisis-response, or any other licensed or professional relationship between you and the Company, Danish Bashir, or any officer, employee, contractor, facilitator, moderator, or representative associated with the Company.
Danish Bashir is a coach and educator and is not acting in the capacity of a licensed therapist, psychologist, psychiatrist, physician, or other regulated healthcare professional in connection with the Services.
4. Not a Crisis or Emergency Service
THE SERVICES ARE NOT A CRISIS, EMERGENCY, OR SUICIDE-PREVENTION RESOURCE.
The Services are not monitored for emergencies and do not provide real-time crisis support, emergency intervention, or guaranteed human response. Any examples, case descriptions, testimonials, statistics, or statements regarding potential benefits are illustrative only, reflect individual experiences, and are not promises, predictions, or guarantees of the results you will achieve. Individual results vary and may differ materially.
6. Assumption of Risk
You acknowledge that engaging with recovery-oriented, trauma-related, and emotionally focused content carries inherent risks. The Services may surface difficult thoughts, memories, emotions, or bodily sensations, and may involve reflective, somatic, or nervous-system-regulation exercises.
You voluntarily and knowingly assume all risks associated with your participation in and use of the Services, including any emotional, psychological, physical, relational, financial, or other consequences. You are solely responsible for evaluating your own readiness and suitability to engage with the Services and for discontinuing use, and seeking professional support, if any material causes distress.

Your use of those features is additionally governed by the Company's AI Companion Usage Policy, which is incorporated into this Disclaimer by reference. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable, does not constitute professional advice, and must not be relied upon as such.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE COMPANY'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO THE COMPANY FOR THE RELEVANT SERVICES DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
Some jurisdictions do not permit the exclusion or limitation of certain damages or warranties.
